What is the Difference Between Coaching and Therapy?

Coaching focuses on setting and achieving specific goals, fostering personal and professional growth through guidance and actionable strategies. Therapy, on the other hand, delves into understanding and resolving past emotional issues and psychological problems to improve mental health and well-being. While coaching is future-oriented and often involves performance enhancement, therapy is more about healing and dealing with underlying emotional challenges.

What if I Don't Feel Like I'm Making Progress?

Your success is our priority! It is our policy to create a strategy together during our initial visit and then reassess progress every month to ensure we can make changes when needed. Life happens and we understand that things change.

What if I Need to Reschedule?

Rescheduling is not a problem. We understand that things happen unexpectedly and that's ok. We ask that you reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time to ensure the avoidance of a session charge. Visits canceled within the 48-hour window will be changed for the session amount.

Is Coaching Confidential?

Yes, professional coaching maintains strict confidentiality, allowing clients to feel safe and open in discussing sensitive topics.

How Will I Know if Coaching is Right for Me?

Coaching is suitable for individuals ready to make positive changes, set goals, and actively work toward them, especially if they seek structured support and accountability.

Can Coaching Be Done Virtually, and Is It as Effective as In-Person Coaching?

Yes, coaching can be highly effective virtually, with many clients finding the convenience of video or phone sessions ideal for their schedules. All of our Coaching Plans are done virtually except by special request in the local market.
